A special limited production Porsche which references some of the most illustrious models in the Porsche back catalogue, the Sport Classic featured a number of special features including the first addition of the iconic duck tail since the 1973 2.7 RS model, special paint, uprated n/a Carrera S 3.8 flat six, with an additional 22bhp to produce 402bhp, coupled with a 6-speed short shift manual gearbox. The list of all the special features is too extensive to list here, but retro details included dials, air vents, door handles, gear knob and a unique seat trim with checker cloth. PCCB, a sport chassis and even aluminium doors made the car perform to a dynamic standard, befitting it's special limited edition status.
